  • Overview

    Magnolia Management Group, LTD.  is seeking a professional, dependable, and enthusiastic individual for employment as a Marketing Coordinator.  This position is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for social services organizations.  This includes creating promotional materials, managing advertising campaigns and organizing special events. The position is currently offered at full-time and reports to the Director of Business Operations.


    Magnolia Management is a management company that handles the administrative functions for several social services organizations located in Northeast Ohio.  The primary managed companies are Education Alternatives, REACH Counseling and CJ Hendry.   


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related discipline is preferred
    • Work-related experience is preferred
    • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
    • Marketing database management or familiarity with Microsoft Access
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create letters and other written communications
    • Ability to work cooperatively, independently, and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of office management, budgeting, and data processing


    • Create and distribute print and electronic marketing materials including brochures and newsletters,
    • Coordinate special events, including planning functions, mailings, and registration
    • Manage websites and social media, including evaluation for continuous improvement
    • Coordinate fundraising opportunities for core organizational activities and special projects
    • Ensure that a consistent organizational image is maintained throughout all communications, promotional materials, and events
    • Record and evaluate effectiveness of both marketing and fundraising activities
    • Handle administrative functions, such as proofreading of marketing materials, maintaining files, and managing the marketing database
    • Manage the department budget, including departmental revenue and expenses
    • Maintain inventory of marketing materials, products, and department supplies
    • Perform additional department-specific administrative duties and special projects as needed
